Abstract

Systems being reviewed in this paper are ones with significant dynamic uncertainties, characterized by system's identification time exceeding time of its identified existence, or by the fact that such identification is, in principle, impossible before the system starts its operation. To identify such a system its proposed to selectively activate relationships between the system elements in realtime without disrupting its functioning. As a tool for selecting the structure of these relationships it is suggested to use regular graphs, generated by scanning technology of Voronoi multidimensional point lattices. The historical analogy is drawn between such systems and Hegel dialectic — a special instrument of purely philosophical cognition, which identification is possible and occurs only in the cognition process itself. The connection between the approach developed and the mathematical apparatus of Vladimirov binary geometrophysics is considered, the notion of a binary relation systems with perturbation (fundamental noise) is introduced.
