The report is devoted to the generalization of the Rademacher and Walsh functions, as well as the Walsh series, which are based on $Q_2$-representation of real numbers (a self-similar generalization of the classical binary representation of numbers with the preservation of zero redundancy). Various applications of new objects and their properties are indicated.
